By using our website or submitting your information through any form or communication channel on our site, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, and disclose your information as described in this Privacy Policy. The English language version of this Privacy Policy is the controlling version regardless of any translation you may attempt.

  • Newsletter & Marketing Subscribers: Individuals who opt in to receive email or SMS communications from us.
  • Vendors & Business Partners: Third parties with whom we have a contractual or business relationship.

The categories of information we collect from each of these groups, and the ways in which we use it, may differ. Most of this policy addresses our collection and use of personal information from website visitors and clients.

3. What We Collect

Voluntarily Submitted Information

When you interact with our website, forms, or communications, you may provide us with personal information, including:

  • Identifiers: First and last name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Professional Information: Business name, industry, job title, and company size.
  • Financial Information: Credit card or payment details when purchasing services (processed securely through our payment gateway — we do not store payment card data on our servers).
  • Communications: Messages, inquiries, survey responses, and correspondence you send to us.
  • Consent Records: Records of your opt-in consent for SMS and/or email marketing, including timestamps and the consent language presented at the time of opt-in.

If you do not wish to provide personal information, please do not submit it. Choosing not to provide certain information may limit your ability to use some features of our services or prevent us from responding to your inquiry.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically through your web browser and device, including:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location (city/region level)
  • Browser type, version, and language settings
  • Operating system and device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths through our site
  • Referring URLs (the website you came from before visiting ours)
  • Date and time of your visit
  • Interactions with ads, links, and on-site elements

If you access our website from a mobile device, your mobile carrier may transmit device-specific identifiers to us. If location services are enabled on your device, we may receive more precise location data. You may disable location services in your device settings at any time.

4. Cookies, Google Tags & Meta Pixel

We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about how you interact with our website and to power our advertising and analytics efforts. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device that allows us to recognize your browser and remember certain preferences or actions over time.

Types of Cookies We Use

  • Essential Cookies: Necessary for the website to function properly (e.g., session management, security). These cannot be disabled without affecting site functionality.
  • Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve performance and content.
  • Marketing & Advertising Cookies: Used to deliver relevant advertisements, track ad campaign performance, and build retargeting audiences.
  • Preference Cookies: Remember your settings and preferences to personalize your experience.

Google Analytics & Google Tags (Google Tag Manager)

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (collectively, "Google Tags") to analyze website traffic, measure user behavior, and evaluate the performance of our marketing campaigns. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Traffic sources (how you found our website)
  • Device and browser information
  • Geographic location (country/city level)
  • Conversion events (form submissions, purchases, clicks)

This data is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

Our use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.

For more information on how Google uses data collected through our site, please visit policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram Advertising)

We use the Meta Pixel (formerly the Facebook Pixel), a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., on our website. The Meta Pixel allows us to:

  • Track conversions from Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (e.g., form submissions, purchases, page views)
  • Optimize our ad delivery to reach people most likely to take a desired action
  • Build Custom Audiences for retargeting — showing ads to people who have previously visited our website
  • Create Lookalike Audiences to reach new people who share characteristics with our existing customers
  • Measure the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of our advertising campaigns

The Meta Pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, the URL of the page you visited, and information about your actions on our site (such as pages viewed or forms submitted). Meta may connect this data with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for their own advertising purposes in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We do not control how Meta uses this data once it is transmitted to their servers.

You can manage your Facebook ad preferences and opt out of interest-based advertising by visiting your Facebook Ad Settings. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly through the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative.

Other Third-Party Analytics & Advertising Tools

We may also use other third-party analytics and advertising tools from time to time, including but not limited to LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, and similar technologies. Each of these tools operates under its own privacy policy and data practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services whose ads or content may appear on our site.

Managing Cookies, Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies through your browser settings. Since each browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn off cookies, some features of our website may not function properly.

We honor Do Not Track (DNT) signals. When a DNT browser mechanism is in place, we will not plant cookies or use advertising tracking technologies.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When your browser sends a GPC signal indicating your preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, we will treat this as a valid opt-out request under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). When GPC is enabled, we will not load third-party tracking and analytics scripts that may share your information. You can learn more about GPC at globalprivacycontrol.org.

  • To respond to your inquiries and deliver the services, products, and information you request from us.
  • To process and fulfill transactions, including sending order confirmations and invoices.
  • To send you periodic emails and SMS messages regarding your account, services, or other products and services we think may be of interest to you, where you have provided consent.

  • To run and measure the performance of advertising campaigns on platforms including Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects without your knowledge.

6. When & With Whom We Share Information

We use non-personal information to administer our website and make business decisions about our marketing programs. We use voluntarily provided personal information for our legitimate interests, including to respond to your inquiries and provide you with the services you have requested. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party data brokers or marketing companies.

Service Providers & Vendors

We share personal information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, including CRM platforms, email marketing services, SMS delivery providers, web hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics tools (including Google and Meta as described in Section 4). These parties are contractually required to keep your information confidential, use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it, and not transfer it outside the United States without our consent. We do our best to disclose only the information each party needs to perform their function.

Advertising Networks

We share data with advertising networks such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) through cookies and pixel technologies as described in Section 4. This sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws, including the CCPA. You have the right to opt out of this sharing as described in Section 12.

Affiliates

We may share your information with affiliated companies within our family of companies. Those companies will use such information in generally the same manner as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose your information, including personal information, to government authorities and to other third parties when compelled to do so by such government authorities, or at our discretion or otherwise as required or permitted by law, including but not limited to responding to court orders, subpoenas, and lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

To Prevent Harm

We may disclose your information when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other users of our website, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

Business Transfers

If Space Launch Agency or substantially all of its assets are acquired by one or more third parties as a result of an acquisition, merger, sale, reorganization, consolidation, or liquidation, personal information may be one of the transferred assets. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you if your personal information will be shared with parties to such a transaction.

Aggregated or De-Identified Data

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with third parties for research, marketing, analytics, or other purposes without restriction.

7. Email Marketing (CAN-SPAM Compliance)

If you opt in to receive email communications from us, we may send you newsletters, promotional materials, service updates, and other information that may be of interest to you. In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we commit to the following:

  • We will not use false or misleading subject lines or sender information in our emails.
  • We will identify the message as an advertisement where required by law.
  • We will include the physical mailing address of our business in every commercial email.
  • We will monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance with this policy.
  • We will honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly, within 10 business days of receipt.
  • Every marketing email will include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link at the bottom.

To opt out of email communications, click the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send you, or contact us at the information provided in Section 17. Please note there may be a brief processing period before your opt-out takes full effect, during which you may receive one or two additional messages.

8. SMS / Text Messaging (TCPA & CTIA Compliance)

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing, promotional, and informational text messages (including SMS and MMS) from Space Launch Agency to the mobile phone number you provided. Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and the services you use. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported, and messages may be delayed or undelivered for various reasons. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any messages.

You acknowledge that you are the account holder for the mobile phone number you provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to opt in to receive messages at that number.

To Stop Receiving SMS: Text STOP to the number from which you received the message at any time. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. To resume receiving messages, text START or re-opt-in through our website.

For Help: Text HELP for customer support, or contact us directly at the information in Section 17.

Supported carriers include (but are not limited to): AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions regarding your text plan or data rates, please contact your wireless provider.

We will not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data to any third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your mobile number with service providers who assist us in delivering messages on our behalf, but those parties are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

9. Your Rights & Options

You may choose not to provide personal information, though this may limit your ability to use certain features of our website or services. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time as described in Sections 7 and 8 above.

In addition to the state-specific rights described in Sections 12 and 13, you have the general right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the information in Section 17. We will respond to all verifiable requests in a timely manner.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We do not charge a different price or provide a different level of service based on the exercise of your privacy rights.

If you would like to opt out of interest-based advertising across the web, you may do so through the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Network Advertising Initiative, or your browser's privacy settings.

10. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control when it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13. We take those age-related requirements very seriously.

If we become aware that anyone under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to our website without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information immediately and will not use it for any purpose. If you believe that a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately using the information in Section 17.

We encourage parents and legal guardians to talk with their children about the potential risks of providing personal information over the internet.

11. How We Protect Your Information

We have implemented reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. Our security practices include:

  • All sensitive and credit card information is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology during transmission.
  • All transactions are processed through a certified payment gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
  • Personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights and are required to keep the information confidential.
  • We use regular malware scanning and security monitoring on our systems.
  • We maintain specific incident response and management procedures that are activated whenever we become aware that personal information may have been compromised.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Except for our duty to maintain our security program under applicable law, we disclaim liability for any theft, loss, unauthorized access, damage, or interception of any data or communications.
